CFM Velocity Test

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for cubic feet per minute (CFM) as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.
• Based on a base room size of (XXXX) square feet.

Particle Count Test

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for particle counts as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.
• Based on a base room size of (XXXX) square feet.

Aerosol Challenge Test - HEPA Filter Module

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for HEPA Filter Leakage Testing as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• Aerosol Generator to challenge filter at inlet.
• Scan each filter manually with Photometer to verify leakage percentage (%).
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.
• Based on a base room size of (XXXX) square feet.

Pressure Test

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for pressure between rooms as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.
• Based on a base room size of (XXXX) square feet.

Temperature and Humidity Test

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On Site Testing for Temperature and Humidity as per uniformity and mean.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.

Air Change Per Hour (ACH) Analysis Calculation

• Create worksheet for cleanroom room geometry.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• Utilize CFM test (separate) and calculate room ACH air change.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.

Sound Level Test

• Create pre-test documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for sound level as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.
• Based on a base room size of (XXXX) square feet.

Light Level Test

• Create Pre-test Documentation to be used as location of testing in each room.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• On site testing for light level as per the documentation provided by owner or contractor.
• After site testing, create documentation for customer’s files.

All tests based on the stipulation that we will not incur excessive travel charges to accomplish the required work.

Using microbial plates to take surface and air samples. Rushing samples overnight to a lab to incubate to ascertain and report if there are any cultures that are outside of the norm of UPS797 / CAG 009.

Viable Air Sampling

• Work to create an air sampling grid to accomplish air samples.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• Use microbial air sampler to test air using grid layout.
• Properly label all samples and use all IQ/OC/PQ documents for data.
• Forward samples to lab for analysis and final report.
• Submit microbial analysis report upon completion.

Viable Surface Testing

• Work to create a surface sampling grid or list of sample locations.
• Testing in accord with ISO 14644-3 (2005) / USP797 / USP800.
• Results in accord with ISO 14644-1 (2015).
• Take surface samples per list.
• Properly label all samples and use all IQ/OC/PQ documents for data.
• Forward samples to lab for analysis and final report.
• Submit microbial analysis report upon completion.

Compressed Air Viable Sampling per ISO8573 / ISO7183 / USP797 / USP800

• Map locations with a truth table to provide to laboratory for locations, type of sample and amount of time sampled.
• In accord with ISO14644-3 (2015) / ISO8573 / ISO7183 / USP797 / USP800.
• Paperwork for locations and amount of microbial samples to take.
• Paperwork for locations and amount of air particle samples to take.
• Paperwork for locations and amount of entrained water vapor air samples to take.
• Paperwork for locations and amount of entrained oil contaminants air samples to take.
• Properly label all samples and use all IQ/OC/PQ documents for data.
• Forward samples to lab for analysis and final report.
• Submit analysis report upon completion.

Not included:

• Any manipulation or analysis of final sample reports.
• Remediation of any systems, equipment, products, or facilities for IQ/OQ/PQ Compliance.

Work accomplished during normal working hours M-F, 8-5.
All gowning and required lab supplies per IQ/OQ/PQ to be provided by customer.
