Clean Bench - Class 100 - Full Exhausting

1) Top mounted fan/filter module
- Constructed of 16 ga, white epoxy painted steel
- Direct drive motor blower w/ (1) 1/2 HP, 110V, motor & electronic speed control developing 1200 CFM to twice the clean hepa filter SP, vibration isolated
- Hepa filter to be (1) 30" x 36" x 3", 95% Ashre, 2 3/4" separatorless media, gasket seal, aluminum frame
- Front mounted 35% disposable prefilters in anodized aluminum hinged grilles for incoming air
- 100 FC lighting hepa mounted to the front & back of the filter unit
- Perforated anodized aluminum diffuser w/ center slot open
- Control panel w/ switches for light & motor, pressure gauge for supply filter

2) Tubular steel support framework
- 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 16 ga welded SS tubing w/ levelers
- Rear panel to be painted steel
- Side panels to be 1/4" clear acrylic in anodized aluminum mounting trim
- Panels are sized for working area of 28 1/2" high
- Front hinged shield, 18" high

3) Independent worktable, 36" high
- Constructed of tubular, painted steel with 8" deep exhaust plenum
- Work deck of 16 ga, type 304 SS, fully perforated & supported from below
- Lower, washable prefilter below work surface
- No lower base cabinet

4) Rear exhaust duct
- 4" x 24"
- Constructed of 20 ga, painted steel
- Top mounted, manually operated exhaust & recirc dampers

5) Dimensions
- 40"w x 96"h x 36 1/2"d overall
- 35"w x 28 1/2" h x 30"d interior
