Class 100 Single Pass Workstation

1) Top mounted fan/filter module
- Constructed of 16ga epoxy painted steel
- Direct drive motor blower w/ (2) 1/3 hp, 110v, motor & electronic speed control developing 1500 CFM to twice the clean hepa filter SP, vibration isolated
- Hepa filter to be (2) 30" x 36" x 3", 99.99% scan tested using PSL & laser particle counter, 2" separatorless media, gasket seal
- Aluminum frame, center divider w/ (2) plugged ports for upstream concentration readings
- Front mounted 35% disposable prefilters in aluminum hinged grilles for incoming air, non adjustable
- 100 FC fluorescent lighting below hepa w/ acrylic eggcrate diffuser
- Control panel w/ switches for light & motor, pressure gauge for supply hepa filter, plugged port for adjustment of speed control

2) Tubular steel support framework
- 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 16 ga welded steel tubing, white epoxy painted w/ levelers
- Rear panel to be 20 ga, white painted steel
- Side panels of ¼” clear polycarbonate
- Aluminum angle on top of frame to hold filter unit

3) Independent worktable, 36” high
- Constructed of 16 ga epoxy painted steel
- Work deck of peforated 16 ga, type 304 SS
- No base cabinets
